I’m concerned

My body wants me to become a morning person and I’m not real happy about it. I “slept in” today until a little before 8. That isn’t sleeping in. That is waking without the alarm clock, which is a little spooky. I had to work an event yesterday, lots of outside, lots of standing and semi-sincere greeting. That resulted in me, missing lunch and gorging myself on chinese takeout later, which in turn resulted in me watching a lot of tv with my eyes closed. Dragged myself to bed around 11:30 and slept well, just not for long.

My body tricked me into thinking we needed to get up for church, stupid body. We don’t need that ever. We need to brace for Monday.
