I heard this song on one of the many Who greatest hits collections, but seeing what’s left of the Who play it on their own really resonated with me. I don’t if it is the taking all the production away and seeing what’s there, or the lyrics or the way Roger sings them. It really is wonderful and folks ought to remember this just in case people start thinking of “Baba O’Reilly” as a CSI theme song.
